We didn't get to see fireworks either, except on television - God Bless Macy's for holding their annual fireworks. Here's a picture I took with my iphone.
I'm still in the final stages of bronchitis, but I'm definitely closer to being healed than not. Thank God.
Started a new story, the last of my chef's toque series titled Catering to Love and I'm just starting the ninth chapter. Things are moving along nicely, as in, I'm not ready to pull my hair out yet. LOL
I haven't heard anything about my copyedits from Amazon yet for One Menu at a Time, but I guess they're trying to get into the swing of things with this new acquisition. I don't even know what the cover is going to look like but you can be sure I'll post it as soon as I see it.
Have you gotten your copy of Dishing Up Romance yet?
Well, don't wait long, Amazon has discounted all the Avalon books. And you want to know the best part about having new owners? They're going to publish all our books, including backlist, in digital and print formats. The print books won't be hardcover anymore, and will sell for $15, the digital copies will sell for $9.99. We've been told Amazon is diligently working on changing over the acquired books into a digital format, so keep checking.

Educating Daphne is moving a little slower in sales, but it's moving so I'm psyched and anxious to finish Catering so I can get back to my mystery writing.
Hope your summer is going well and you're enjoying all the fun things that go with it.
